Transformation (Through the Living Word of God) – Every follower of Jesus is commissioned to grow in Christ-like character.  2 Corinthians 3:18

Service (Every Member a Minister) – Every follower of Jesus is commissioned to service and ministry.  Romans 12:3-8; John 13:1-17

Outreach (Personal Involvement in Mission & Ministry) – Every follower of Jesus is commissioned by God to share the gospel with a broken world.  Matthew 28:16-20
